Delayed Sleep Phase Syndrome

How is this not exactly the same thing as Delayed Circadian Rythm?

I guess, DCR is just one possible cause of DSPS. And DSPS is an extreme case of DCR influence on physical/psychological state. But, basically they talk about one thing :)
